User terms and conditions — Psicobot

1. Agreement

These terms apply to registered users of Psicobot aged at least 18. The provider is Manuel Rafael Elena Navarro, tax ID 30829665M, calle Princesa 9, 3.º B, 30002 Murcia, Spain, email contacto@psicobot.net. Browsing public pages does not amount to acceptance. Acceptance requires a separately recorded affirmative action. A separately identified paid offer may identify its actual supplier in advance.

2. Nature and limits

Psicobot provides non-healthcare psychological guidance, psychoeducation, reflection, goals, questionnaires, continuity tools and AI-generated content. Its chat is automatic; replies are not reviewed individually in advance by a human professional and may be inaccurate. Plans requiring professional review are published only after an authorised professional approves a particular version. Internal module titles do not confer clinical competence, and access to an AI does not constitute psychotherapy, diagnosis or healthcare treatment. Psicobot is not an emergency service; call 112 in Spain in an emergency.

3. Account and proper use

You must be 18 or older, provide appropriate account information, keep credentials confidential and refrain from impersonation, unlawful submissions, unauthorised third-party personal-data disclosure, security attacks or access to someone else's account. Age confirmation does not imply documentary verification.

4. Privacy, consent and longitudinal information

The Privacy Policy sets out applicable processing. Where necessary, explicit special-category consent is separate from terms acceptance and cannot be preselected. Marketing, advertising analytics and model training are not conditions of using core functions. Withdrawal is available and may disable functions that require sensitive content.

Information from chats, tests, goals and activities may be integrated into the Structured Longitudinal Case Representation (SLCR / Spanish SLRC) for service continuity. This is disclosed before the first chat. No separate privacy-free mode for psychological chat is offered in this version. You retain legally applicable rights in content you provide; its processing for requested features does not mean a general transfer of intellectual property or permission for advertising/training.

5. Linked professionals

If an external professional invites you to a case, you must be told who is responsible for your case, how they may access it and how to exercise your privacy rights. The existence of an assigned professional does not imply real-time review of AI chat. Where a plan requires review, only an expressly approved version will be published.

6. Prices and paid services

Free registration does not imply a paid commitment. If a paid subscription, appointment or other paid service is offered, its supplier, full price including taxes, term, recurring charges, payment, cancellation and statutory withdrawal rights will be explained before placing the order. Merely using the service does not waive any statutory withdrawal right.

7. Service changes and responsibility

Availability may be affected by maintenance or incidents. Material changes to these terms will be versioned and presented for new acceptance where required. AI accuracy and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed, but this does not exclude any non-waivable consumer, data-protection or other legal rights. Support and complaints: contacto@psicobot.net.

8. Suspension, closure and law

Account closure, data access, export and deletion requests are handled in line with the Privacy Policy and legal duties. Reasonable suspension may be necessary for security or serious breach, without overriding users' statutory rights. Applicable Spanish and EU law governs, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or legally competent courts in their habitual residence.
