Operator and identification
Under Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI), the websites and service trading as Psicobot are operated by Manuel Rafael Elena Navarro, Spanish tax ID 30829665M, calle Princesa 9, 3.º B, 30002 Murcia, Spain; contact and privacy email: contacto@psicobot.net. Psicobot is a trading name, not a separate incorporated company. The operator carries out non-healthcare psychological guidance as a psychologist, registered under MU05487 with the Official College of Psychology in the Region of Murcia. Details on professional qualifications and applicable professional rules are available upon request.
Service and limits
Psicobot offers AI-based tools for non-healthcare psychological guidance, psychoeducation, self-reflection, goals and personal development. Its automatic chat is not reviewed by a human before every reply. Plans subject to professional publication are made available only after review and an express publication decision by the assigned professional. AI may make mistakes. Internal module names such as “Diagnosis” or “Clinical workflow” confer no professional authorisation. The platform is not an emergency service or a substitute for appropriate healthcare; in Spain, call 112 in an emergency.
Who can use it
Registered functionality is restricted to persons aged 18 or older. Users and psychologists are subject to separate contractual terms. External professionals remain responsible for their own professional acts, without excluding the platform operator's own duties.
Legal documents and privacy
Visiting public pages is not deemed acceptance of terms, consent to processing special-category data, or agreement to optional cookies. Where required, users must expressly accept the applicable User Terms and separately authorise the processing of sensitive psychological information after receiving the Privacy Policy and AI notice. External professionals may also have to execute a separate data processing agreement.
Intellectual property and third-party websites
Protected software, texts, trademarks and interfaces belong to their respective owners. Lawful access does not confer commercial reproduction rights. Users retain legally applicable rights in their submitted content. Third-party links do not imply full endorsement of the linked service.
Availability, responsibility and contact
